Both teams had chances to score, but no goals were scored until just before half-time. After being fouled in the penalty box, Theo calmly converted his penalty kick, giving AC Milan the lead.

In the 83rd minute, striker Francesco Camarda made his debut for AC Milan. At just 15 years and 260 days old, he is the youngest debutant in Serie A history. Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan made an important save in the final moments of the game. He stopped Rolando Mandragora’s close-range shot.

With this win, AC Milan moved to the third position in the league table with 26 points. They are three points behind second-placed Juventus.
