Guendouzi scored in the fifth minute of the game. Luca Pellegrini regained possession of the ball and swiftly moved down the left side, delivering a precise pass for Guendouzi, who fired a shot into the far bottom corner of the goal. Guendouzi had joined Lazio on loan from Marseille just before the transfer deadline in August.
