Australia started aggressively, with David Warner and Khawaja aiming to score runs quickly and neutralizing the threat of the new ball with their precise batting technique. However, Robinson turned the tide by dismissing Warner for 34(81).
Stuart Broad then stole the spotlight, taking wickets with his fierce bowling. He dismissed Marnus Labuschagne, who struggled against him, and later got the prized wicket of Steve Smith. Boland survived the remaining overs, and Australia will need to chase 174 runs on the final day.

Earlier in the day, Nathan Lyon and Pat Cummins kept England under pressure. Lyon dismissed Jonny Bairstow with an LBW, and Cummins trapped Ben Stokes in front of the wicket.

Moeen Ali fell victim to Josh Hazlewood’s short ball, and Robinson’s resistance was broken by Lyon. Stuart Broad and James Anderson tried to resist, but Cummins ended their partnership. Joe Root played aggressively, but Lyon dismissed him with a caught-behind. Lyon also took the wickets of Harry Brook and Ollie Pope, leaving England at 155/5 after the first session.
