The 35th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on April 25, where defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) will play against Mumbai Indians (MI).
The two teams have already played six games this season, with GT winning four and MI winning three. In their first three games, GT won two but lost to Kolkata Knight Riders after a stellar innings by Rinku Singh. Although they quickly recovered in the next match, they fell short again in their fourth game against Rajasthan Royals.

On Tuesday, Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians will face off in the 35th game of IPL 2023 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. The Titans have won four of their six games, while Mumbai have won three. The Titans started well, winning their first two games, but then lost their third and fourth to Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals, respectively.
However, they bounced back in the previous game against Lucknow Super Giants to maintain their winning streak, scoring just 135 runs and losing six wickets in 20 overs. The Super Giants chased well initially, but lost four wickets in the last over, falling seven runs short of the target.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians lost their first two games but bounced back by winning the next three convincingly. In their last match against Punjab Kings, Mumbai won the toss and chose to bowl first. Punjab Kings scored 214 runs for the loss of eight wickets, with Harpreet Singh and Sam Curran adding 92 runs for the fifth wicket.

In response, Mumbai lost their first wicket early but stabilized the innings with a 76-run partnership between Rohit Sharma and Cameron Green, followed by a 75-run partnership between Green and Suryakumar Yadav. Both Green and Yadav scored half-centuries. However, Mumbai failed to win after Arshdeep Singh’s tight over, limiting them to 201 runs.
